Bodywork. The dance of prose and poetry.

Would you like us to restore your father's Flavia? Or your grandmother's Fulvia? Your aunt's Flaminia? Or did you find a beautiful Lancia in Italy? They're over 50 years old. Almost certainly, they need bodywork. Rust damage. Old collision damage.

Sometimes a Lancia still arrives with zero bodywork damage. That means checking, cleaning, anti-rust treatment. And, and, and... there's often a reason the bodywork hasn't suffered. We had a Fulvia in the workshop with only 5,000 km. Beautiful. But still running poorly. It turned out to have a Monday-morning crankshaft. Then it's mainly conservation. Very carefully blasting where necessary with soda ash or laser. We even keep the tiny burrs on the subframe intact. When the car runs again, it's one of the best-driving Fulvias in the world. The engine has also been repaired. Standard but perfect. The transmission. The brakes. Steering. Suspension. Springs. Shock absorbers. Rubbers. Everything with 100% respect for the wonderful Italians who built the car for you.

There are also big jobs. Madonna, porca miseria. It couldn't be worse. But guess what? The record will be broken again the following year.

We handle small jobs like sills or loose spot welds (for example, between fenders and bulkhead) in our workshop in Bavel. We also handle the really difficult jobs on cars that have been completely dislocated due to multiple poorly repaired accidents in Bavel. We have the molds, drawings, parts like windows and headlights for fitting, an extra pair of eyes, and other Lancias of the same model to serve as references.

Casa Lancia works with top specialists. For the big jobs, they're Arjan and Armen. See the chats with photos below.

We created a WhatsApp group with the customer. Two chats were edited and converted into web pages. Below are the two Fulvia Zagato projects. Major projects that we haven't seen on YouTube or the Discovery Channel yet.

Project with Lancia Fulvia Sport Zagato 1600 2nd series

The car arrived. Beautiful. Nicely painted. Flowerpot on the roof (so to speak). It turned out to be filler and camouflage. Fortunately, the sheet metal with the chassis number was still intact.

Seemed like a nice car. Dans son jus. Madonna. Even the sheet metal with the chassis number is no longer usable.

Dans son jus.

Fortunately, every now and then we also have a customer who wants a Lancia "dans son jus". An Inspector Colombo car. We leave the dents, steel wire, and aluminum foil alone, but we make everything under the car and under the hood brand new. Great. Fortunately, every customer is different. We always ensure that the bodywork is strong and stable. Safety first.
